We want you to be completely satisfied with Surge Coach. If you are not satisfied with your Pro membership, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests made within 14 days of the initial subscription charge are guaranteed.
  • We reserve the right to deny refunds for abuse of the service (e.g., repeated refund requests).

3. Cancellation vs Refund

Canceling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your billing cycle.
